Nanny of the Month: Making Porn Stars Wear Condoms

Apparently the legislators in Los Angeles have determined that it is their duty to legislate the production of porn. Is there a limit to the places that our ever intrusive government will stick it's nose? Do we not have the right to be left alone? How can this even remotely be considered a government concern?
