At one point we came to the surface together and stuck our heads up into the air to gaze at the earthly horizon. We peered about a bit, taking it all in, finding it all terribly boring compared to our world under the waves. I remember seeing a storm, a terrible storm far off on the horizon and having this feeling of impending doom. We both agreed we had to get to the shore to warn the humans.

We swam towards the shore, and as we got closer we seemed to morph into humans, taking our real-life forms. We immediately rant to alert the authorities, but as we ran through this strange town we realized it was abandoned. Had the humans already known about this impending doom and fled? There was no way to know. We decided to take shelter in a building and try to weather out the storm. At some point, we began to make love, and I remember this intensely erotic scene and feeling as we were making love in the midst of this raging storm outside… Unfortunately I awoke before the dream went any further… Ironically I awoke to a call from the woman…

I dreamed that I was having a vision of a past life… In this past life I was a horse, and Yasmeen was an asian princess (Japanese perhaps?). In any case, she was completely in love with me (in a non-perverted way), she spent hours petting me, and grooming me, and feeding me, and of course, riding me. We had a strong bond, and I felt protective of her, as she did of me. I remember having a feeling something along the lines of ‘How Cute’, because she’d get into an argument with her father over me, and she’d tell me afterwards that she would protect me. I thought it was cute that despite the fact that she was just a tiny girl, and I was many times her size she felt the need to protect me!

In any case, as it turned out she was put into an arranged marriage, which she intensely disliked. What was worse was that her new husband was jealous of me, and he wanted me gone. He had one of his servants come try to kill me in the middle of the night, but being the clever horse I was, I managed to leap over the fence and run off. I ran and ran and eventually found myself in a field I’d never been in before. I was sad, lonely, confused and a bit scared…

I wandered about trying to think of what to do. I may have been clever for a horse, but I was still just a horse with a horses brain… After about a day I was captured by some guys who took me for being a wild horse. Naturally I did not want to be captured, I wanted to get back to Yasmeen (who, of course, had some asian name that I can not remember) so I bucked and fought and struggled, but to no avail. They fighting only further convinced them I was wild. They tried for weeks to break me, but I would not be broken… I’d only serve one person…

When they could not break me, they killed me. When they killed me, I woke up.

An odd dream. Perhaps with some inner meaning?
